We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website.
Age Verification
Alcohol can only be purchased by people aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the recipient of the order is also aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe these conditions have not been met. Our delivery partners may ask for valid photographic ID on delivery. If suitable identification cannot be provided, your order may not be delivered.
Products
All products are subject to availability.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, colours, packaging and artwork may vary slightly from those shown on the website, particularly for limited releases or seasonal beers.
Occasionally, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss a replacement or arrange a refund.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
Placing an Order
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted once it has been packed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or an error has occurred with pricing or product information.
Delivery
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Returns & Refunds
Because our beer is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on unwanted or opened items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at info@stumprat.com, including photographs where possible.
Where appropriate, we'll offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes.
Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion or discount code can be used per order.
We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or refuse promotional offers at any time where necessary.
