Returns & Refunds
Because our beer is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on unwanted or opened items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at info@stumprat.com, including photographs where possible.
Where appropriate, we'll offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
